Where do you complete projects?

Horizon is a nationwide company. We have completed projects throughout the USA. Horizon has even completed projects in Hawaii. Please contact us with your project particulars, If we can't help we know someone who can.

How long to get my report?

Horizon prides itself on prompt turn-around. The time is different for every project. Most reports are completed in a couple of weeks if not sooner. Please call the office and we can provide you with a precise estimate of time and costs.

How much will it cost?

Once again every project is different. We like to give a will not exceed price, this eliminates sticker shock on bigger projects. Time is billed hourly. Travel is billed but there is no mark-up on travel expenses. Please call the office for a complete rate sheet.

Do you have support after the report is delivered?

This is our specialty! We close every file only after the project is completed. In cases such as scheduling we are often hired to maintain the schedule throughout the project duration.

As for legal cases we are with you through the trial. We like to attend every meeting. Our goal is to settle cases as fast as possible. We feel with our reports and expertise as General Contractors/Architects we come up solutions for a fair and speedy resolution to tough disputes and cases.
